UP Scholarship Online Form 2025-26

Social Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh has released notification for UP Scholarship 2025-26 for students of Class 9–10 (Pre-Matric), Class 11–12 (Post-Matric), and Post-Matric Other Than Intermediate. Interested students can submit their applications online within the given dates.

- For Renewal: Use Last Year Registration Number and enter fresh details

Submit your online application before the last date. After submission, take printout, attach required documents, and submit to respective College / School / Institution.
