daily-current-affairs-07-dec–प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने सशस्त्र बल ध्वज दिवस पर सशस्त्र बलों के बहादुर जवानों और कर्मियों के प्रति गहरी कृतज्ञता व्यक्त की और सभी से सशस्त्र बल ध्वज दिवस कोष में योगदान करने का आग्रह किया। नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने इंडिगो संकट के समाधान की घोषणा की – एयरलाइन ने ₹610 करोड़ का रिफंड दिया और संचालन सामान्य हो रहे हैं। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने सीमा सड़क संगठन (BRO) द्वारा निर्मित 125 सीमा अवसंरचना परियोजनाओं (28 सड़कें, 93 पुल, 4 अन्य) को राष्ट्र को समर्पित किया, जिनकी लागत ₹5,000 करोड़ है। इसमें लद्दाख में श्योक सुरंग (920 मीटर) भी शामिल है। अल्पसंख्यक कार्य मंत्रालय के UMMED पोर्टल ने 6 दिसंबर 2025 को अपलोड की समयसीमा पूरी की, जिसमें 5,17,040 वक्फ संपत्तियों को इनिशिएट किया गया। सौर ऊर्जा मंत्रालय ने स्पष्ट किया कि उसने नवीकरणीय ऊर्जा वित्तपोषण रोकने का कोई सलाह जारी नहीं किया है।

06 दिसंबर 2025 – दैनिक करंट अफेयर्स–प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने हिंदुस्तान टाइम्स लीडरशिप समिट में देश से गुलामी की मानसिकता से मुक्ति का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत आज 8% से अधिक की जीडीपी वृद्धि दर्ज कर रहा है और वैश्विक विकास इंजन बन गया है। पीएम ने ‘हिंदू रेट ऑफ ग्रोथ’ शब्द की आलोचना करते हुए इसे गुलामी की मानसिकता का प्रतिबिंब बताया। रक्षा और जहाज निर्माण उद्योगों के पतन का उदाहरण देकर उन्होंने आत्मनिर्भरता पर जोर दिया। अन्य समाचारों में, नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने इंडिगो को सभी रद्द उड़ानों का 7 दिसंबर तक रिफंड देने का निर्देश दिया। अमित शाह ने गुजरात में बायो-सीएनजी और उर्वरक संयंत्र का उद्घाटन किया। विद्युत मंत्रालय के अनुसार, भारत ने 2025-26 में 31.25 GW गैर-जीवाश्म क्षमता जोड़कर रिकॉर्ड बनाया। शिक्षा मंत्रालय ने जनवरी 2026 में परीक्षा पर चर्चा (PPC 2026) आयोजित करने की घोषणा की।

23rd India-Russia Annual Summit & Other Key Announcements–राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन की भारत की दो दिवसीय राजकीय यात्रा (4-5 दिसंबर 2025) के दौरान 23वां भारत-रूस वार्षिक शिखर सम्मेलन आयोजित किया गया। दोनों देशों ने अपने ‘विशेष एवं विशेषाधिकार प्राप्त रणनीतिक साझेदारी’ को और मजबूत करने की प्रतिबद्धता जताई। इस दौरान 16 समझौता ज्ञापनों/समझौतों पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए, जिनमें श्रम गतिशीलता, स्वास्थ्य, समुद्री सहयोग, उर्वरक, सीमा शुल्क और मीडिया सहयोग शामिल हैं। 2030 तक द्विपक्षीय व्यापार लक्ष्य $100 बिलियन निर्धारित किया गया। रूस ने अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बिग कैट अलायंस (IBCA) में शामिल होने और 30 दिनों की नि:शुल्क ई-टूरिस्ट वीजा देने की घोषणा की। अन्य समाचारों में, किसानों के लिए AI-आधारित मौसम पूर्वानुमान पायलट, 10,000 FPOs का गठन, DRDO द्वारा 7 प्रौद्योगिकियों का हस्तांतरण, और रेलवे में कावच 4.0 का कमीशन शामिल हैं।

daily-current-affairs-03-dec–केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने लोकसभा और राज्यसभा में साइबर अपराध नियंत्रण एवं डिजिटल सुरक्षा से जुड़ी विभिन्न पहलों के बारे में जानकारी दी। ‘इंडियन साइबर क्राइम कोऑर्डिनेशन सेंटर (I4C) द्वारा चलाए जा रहे नेशनल साइबर क्राइम रिपोर्टिंग पोर्टल (NCRP) पर अब तक लाखों शिकायतें दर्ज हुई हैं और ₹7,130 करोड़ से अधिक की राशि बचाई गई है। साइबर कमांडो कार्यक्रम के तहत 281 अधिकारियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया गया है। वित्तीय धोखाधड़ी रोकने के लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर 1930 और ‘सस्पेक्ट रजिस्ट्री’ शुरू की गई है। साइबर क्राइम प्रिवेंशन अगेंस्ट वीमेन एंड चिल्ड्रन (CCPWC) योजना के तहत 33 राज्यों/केंद्रशासित प्रदेशों में फोरेंसिक लैब स्थापित की गई हैं। डिजिटल धोखाधड़ी के प्रति जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए कॉलर ट्यून अभियान, मीडिया कैंपेन और स्कूल प्रोग्राम चलाए जा रहे हैं। साथ ही, नेशनल फोरेंसिक इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर एनहैंसमेंट स्कीम के तहत ₹2,254.43 करोड़ की लागत से फोरेंसिक क्षमताओं को मजबूत किया जा रहा है।
