Important Questions & Answers

- Phase-I: Written Examination (Objective Type)
- Phase-II: Skill Test (Computer Typing Test)
- Final selection based on combined performance in both phases

Educational Qualification
Essential: Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognized board
AND Any one of the following computer qualifications:
- DOEACC ‘O’ or higher level certificate
- NIELIT Certificate Course on Computer Concepts
- COPA / DPCS certificate
- Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science/Applications
- Senior Secondary with Computer Science/Applications as subject
- Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering
- RSCIT from VMOU, Kota (Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Ltd.)
- Any equivalent/higher qualification recognized by Government
Additional: Knowledge of Hindi (Devanagari script) and Rajasthani culture
Age Limit (as on 1st January 2027)
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 40 years (for General category)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/OBC/MBC (Male – Rajasthan domicile): 5 years
- General (Female): 5 years
- SC/ST/OBC/MBC (Female – Rajasthan domicile): 10 years
- Ex-servicemen: 15 years (max age limit 50/55 years)
- Persons with Disabilities: 5 years (additional)
- Widows/Divorced women: No upper age limit
Note: Age relaxations are non-cumulative.

Qualifying Marks
General/EWS: 40% in each paper of Phase-I & 36% in Phase-II
SC/ST: 35% in each paper of Phase-I & 31% in Phase-II
Negative Marking: 1/3 mark deduction for wrong answers

Step 1: One Time Registration (OTR)
1. Visit: https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in
2. Register with personal details, category, disability status (if applicable), domicile
3. Pay OTR fee as per category:
- General & Creamy Layer OBC/MBC: ₹600
- Non-creamy layer OBC/MBC, EWS, SC, ST (Rajasthan domicile): ₹400
- All PwD candidates: ₹400
Step 2: Online Application
1. Login with SSO ID → Citizen Apps (G2C) → Recruitment Portal
2. Fill application form, upload documents, select department preference
3. Submit application before the deadline
